AFTER HOURS AND EMERGENCY CONTACTS:
Please present to your General Practitioner or nearest hospital and they will then contact your cardiologist for advice if necessary. If you present at Cairns Base Hospital Accident and Emergency Department (or any other Public Hospital Facility), remember to inform the staff there at every step of the process that you are a patient of Heart Rx Cardiology, and who is your Cardiologist, so that we can provide information to assist with your care and assessment, and if appropriate you may request to be transferred to Cairns Private Hospital for inpatient care by your usual Heart Rx Cardiology Cardiologist, any time of the day or night, 365 days a year.
